Not to worry, we are still alive,
though I may possibly freeze to death today.
At 9 am it was -3 degrees. Note the negative sign in front of the three, so the freezing to death is not me being dramatic, it's entirely plausible.
To catch up on my life for the last few months...the good and the bad.
Bad: I have been swamped with school, finishing final projects, studying for finals, that disgusting sort of thing.
Good: As of January, I will be the new intern at the International Rescue Committee. It's so exciting to be able to work for a cause that I really believe in. It also puts me one step closer to graduation (the exact time that I will officially be a grown-up.)
Bad: Soon, I will become a grown-up.
Good: Matt got us free tickets to see The Nutcracker ballet on Thursday.
Good: Matt installed a fan into our bathroom that has a shower. I really am excited about a bathroom fan. No laughing.
Bad: I had my wisdom teeth pulled two weeks ago. It was the day before Thanksgiving. Instead of eating turkey, I just drooled on it.
Bad: My toes are cold, my ears are cold, my fingers are cold, even my chin is cold. It's only December which means that it's only the beginning of the cold. I hate the cold.
Anyway, as we haven't taken many pictures lately, due to my swollen and bruised face from the brutal and cruel dentist and lack of really doing much worth taking pictures of, here are a few pictures from our honeymoon in Belize.
It cheers me up to remember that I was warm at some point.
